Hi, I'm Joy. I built Soulmate in 90 Days because I was tired of treating love like a lottery ticket. I wanted a practice—something I could return to on ordinary Tuesdays—that strengthened self-worth, clarified standards, and made peace feel safe again.
This work is about becoming someone who can recognize and sustain healthy love. It is not a promise that a particular person will appear on a deadline.
